Inevitably, today we see them as Modern Heritage, not only to praise what the Masters built but as architects we take phrases from those poetics to define the contemporary architecture in India and beyond.

To understand forms, spaces, volumes and scale, the works of Le Corbusier, Louis Kahn, Charles Correa and Prof. Doshi are first cases of interaction for a student of Architecture. Fortunately, the Post-Independent India built Insitutions for its new identity and robust vision towards the future. And a modernist movement took a leap in Indian Architectural values. Inevitably, today we see them as Modern Heritage, not only to praise what the Masters built but as architects we take phrases from those poetics to define the contemporary architecture in India and beyond. The values of the past will be determiner in reasons but more in its continuity. Henceforth, these photographs are depicting the fundamentals in architecture and an affirmation of its existence.
