Designed by [ar&de], Lecake is a cake shop in Calicut, conceived with a cantilevered box sticking out of the shop’s façade calling attention to passers-by while also being the ‘shop window’.
Dhulia Architecture Design Studio designed the interiors of ‘Mruduman Apartments’- a four-storeyed family home as a minimalistic take on the traditional Indian home.
Located in the Corbusian city of Chandigarh, Residence 1065 by Charged Voids is an embodiment of the Congrès Internationaux d’Architecture Moderne, or the CIAM’s principles of modern architecture. Using an open plan and facades that appear to float, the home is designed for a multi-generational family and attempts to fuse traditional spatial planning with modern aesthetics.
Designed by ED+ Architecture, the Gully Home is a residential project located on a street in Chennai, overlooking the ocean. The house is designed such that it opens and offers itself to the surroundings, while also swaddling in its layers of privacy.

The Building is located on a site getting views of a lake and surrounded by mixed structures of Residential and Commercial. The idea was to make the design as Sustainable as possible, harnessing Natural Light, outdoor views and Evening Breeze. Along with that the design also aims to explore the vernacular character of the place with local Building techniques and fuse it with contemporary Architecture practice.
